Aldrete was named to the All-Southeast Region first team. Davin and Shipman were named to the second team and Renfroe earned third-team honors.
The awards honor softball student-athletes from the Association's 10 regions with first, second and third teams selected for each region. The all-region teams were voted on by NFCA member coaches from each respective region, and all the honorees now become eligible for selection to one of three 2014 NFCA Division I All-American teams.
The 2014 NFCA Division I All-America teams will be announced at approximately 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, May 28, via NFCA.org.

Aldrete earned first-team honors, becoming the first Tennessee freshman to achieve that feat since Ellen Renfroe was a 2011 first-team pick. Aldrete is a top 10 finalist for the inaugural NFCA Division I National Freshman of the Year trophy, a First Team All-SEC selection and a Freshman All-SEC pick. She is enjoying one of the finest freshman seasons in Tennessee history, batting .372 with a UT freshman-record 16 homers to go with 13 doubles, a team-high 55 RBIs and 33 runs scored.
Shipman earned All-Region honors for the third consecutive year. The Valencia, Calif., native is the 2014 SEC Player of the Year and also earned First Team All-SEC honors and SEC All-Defensive honors for the third-straight year. Shipman is enjoying one of the greatest seasons in Tennessee history, hitting a team-high .429 with 17 homers, 15 doubles, 50 RBIs, 52 runs and 12 stolen bases. This season, she tied the Tennessee single-season hit streak record of 20 games from Feb. 9 to March 9. Shipman, who was twice named SEC Player of the Week, also set a school record with nine defensive assists in a win over South Carolina on March 23.
Davin earned All-Region honors for the first time in her career. The Fresno, Calif., native earned First Team All-SEC honors and is having the best season of her career. Davin is hitting .344 on the year with 13 homers, 12 doubles, 40 RBIs, 49 runs and five stolen bases. She was at her best in SEC play, ranking fourth in the league with a .392 batting average in conference games.
Renfroe has earned All-Region honors in each of her four seasons at Tennessee. The Jackson, Tenn., native earned Second Team All-SEC honors and was also named the SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year. On the season, Renfroe is 26-6 with a 2.07 ERA and 221 strikeouts over 39 appearances, 31 starts and 206.0 innings of work. She ranks second in several Tennessee career pitching categories, including ERA (1.65), starts (123), wins (98), innings pitched (838.2) and strikeouts (981).
