KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The No. 5 Tennessee Lady Vol softball team (50-11) is prepping to host the NCAA Super Regionals where the squad will face-off in a best-of-three series against No. 11 Georgia for the right to advance on to the annual Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City, Okla.

The event will kick-off on Saturday, May 26, at Noon ET live on ESPNU from the Lee Softball Stadium, while Sunday's action is slated for broadcast live on ESPN at 1 p.m. ET and (if necessary) at 3:30 p.m. ET.

Tickets for the NCAA Knoxville Super Regional are now on sale online (24 hours a day/seven days a week) at UTTix.com, over the phone at 1-800-332-8657 or in person at the Thompson-Boling Arena Ticket Office (open 8:30-5 p.m. ET Monday-Friday) starting at 8:30 a.m. ET. Fans are strongly encouraged to order in advance.

Current season ticket holders will have until 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 22, to call in or visit the ticket office in person to purchase their 2012 season location, or that seat will be opened for sale to the general public. Only all-session tickets are available at $25 for chair backs and $20 for bleacher-back seating (plus associated fees), including reserved seating for all three days of Knoxville Super Regional action. If tickets still remain, single-session tickets ($15 chairbacks/$10 bleacher reserved) will go on sale at Lee Softball Stadium starting one hour prior to the first game of the day.

This is the Tennessee program's fifth trip to the NCAA Super Regionals after previously advancing to the best-of-three round in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. UT holds an 8-2 all-time mark in the Super Regionals and is now 45-21 overall in NCAA Tournament action after going 4-1 in the Knoxville Regional over May 18-20.
