  • Went 3-4 in the month of March beating opponents from Miss. State, South Carolina, and Kentucky
  • Contributed to UT's win over Ohio State by defeating Grainne O'Neill (OSU) 6-3, 6-0 (2/17)
  • Closed out Julie Sabacinski of Notre Dame, 6-2, 7-6 in a close singles point for the Lady Vols (2/3)
  • Defeated Mimi Nguyen of Michigan, 6-7 (5), retired (2/1)

  • Competed during the 2013 ITA Kickoff in Lincoln, Neb. falling to Nebraska's Maggie Lehmicke (1/26)
  • Defeated Nida Hamilton of Northwestern 7-6(3), 6-2 during the UVA Winter Invatational (1/21)
  • Picked up her first collegiate win with a victory over Ximena Siles of South Carolina, 6-2, 6-0
  • Finished the highest of any Lady Vol at the Furman Fall Classic with a third place flight three victory over Amanda Murray (Furman) in straight sets
  • Of her five singles victories, two match wins came against SEC opponents (USC & Kentucky)

  • Swept the state of Mississippi with partnered wins over Miss. State and Ole Miss with Sarah Toti
  • Crushed OSU's Fidan Manashirova/Kelsey Dieters, 8-2 (2/17)
  • Did not see playing time during the ITA Kickoff in Lincoln, Neb. in doubles play

  • Saw action in all four of the Lady Vols Fall tournaments
  • Split time with three differnent doubles partners (Travares, Toti and Grace)
  • All three of her wins came with fellow freshman partner, Tiffany Tavares

  • Ranked as the No. 32 player in the nation as well, a five-star recruit by TennisRecruiting.net, as well as the No. 1 recruit in the Plains
  • Two-time USTA National Sportsmanship Award recipient
  • Four-time USTA National Open Singles and Doubles Champion
  • Six-time Missouri Valley Doubles Champion
  • USTA Missouri Valley Sportsmanship Award
  • USTA Missouri Valley Heart of America Tennis Family of the Year
  • Three-time National high school tennis All-American

  • Two-time undefeated Kansas 6A High School Singles Champion (2010, 2011) holding the state high school record of 32-0
  • Four-year letterwinner and team captain
  • Helped her team to the 6A state championship twice during her career
  • Named to the First Team All-State and All-Metro in singles each year of her high school career
  • Was undefeated in singles in her final two seasons in high school compiling a record of 64-0
  • Her team earned league, district and regional championships from 2008-11

  • Lists her biggest thrill as going undefeated in No. 1 singles in back-to-back seasons and winning the high school state singles championship while going 32-0
  • Father, Sam, played at the University of Texas as well as the University of Oklahoma where he was the No. 1 singles player and Big 8 Champion (Oklahoma) as well as a member of the Greek Davis Cup team and National Team

  • Older brother Chris plays tennis at the University of Oklahoma
  • Grandfather John played tennis and basketball at the University of Kansas who was also a three-year letterwinner for the cheerleading team and one year captain
  • Mimi Elizabeth Fotopoulos, daughter of Sam and Angie Fotopolous, was born April 30, 1993 in Overland Park, Kan.
