COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Eleven members of the Tennessee men's and women's track & field teams are in the Lone Star State this week. They are slated to compete in the NCAA Indoor Championships, Friday and Saturday, at Texas A&M University. The Gilliam Indoor Track at the McFerrin Athletic Center will serve as the national indoor meet venue for the second time.
Nine Lady Vols qualified for the meet in six different events, while the Vols have two making the trip to take part in two different events. Joe Berry qualified in the men's pole vault but will not make the trip due to a violation of team rules.
