NCAA OUTDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS CAP 2011 SEASON
* The Vols and Lady Vols depart Monday and will be in Des Moines, Iowa, for the 2011 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, June 8-11.
* The competition is the final college meet of a track & field campaign that started back in January.
* The meet will be hosted by Drake University at 14,557-seat Drake Stadium.
* This marks the third NCAA Outdoor meet held in Des Moines, as the 1970 and 2008 meets also were held in the state capital of Iowa. Drake will serve as host in 2012 as well.

UT'S PARTICIPANTS IN THE NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
* Tennessee qualified 10 women in seven events and one man in two events for the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
* Women's qualifiers include junior Annie Alexander (discus, shot), junior Ashley Harris (4x100mR), sophomore Kia Jackson (4x100mR), junior Brittany Jones (relay alternate), sophomore Martinique Octave (4x100mR, 4x400mR), junior Chanelle Price (800m, 4x400mR), freshman Kianna Ruff (4x400mR), junior Brittany Sheffey (1500m), sophomore Nijgia Snapp (4x400mR) and junior Ellen Wortham (400mH, 4x100mR, 4x400mR).
* The men's qualifier is Dentarius Locke (100m, 200m).
* Tennessee's entrants are listed on the next page with their ranking in the NCAA field as well as their entry marks.

WATCHING THE NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS ON TV
* CBS will provide television coverage of the meet on Friday and Saturday. Saturday's coverage, from 1-3 p.m. ET, will be carried on the CBS network, with Ian Eagle calling the action, along with analysis and interviews from Larry Rawson, Carol Lewis and Dan O'Brien. Coverage on Friday will be provided from 7:30-9:30 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.

LIVE STREAMING FROM DES MOINES
* The entire NCAA Championship meet will be streamed live online at NCAA.com and feature two separate streams to cover the majority of the action both on the track and with the field events.
* Fans and media can find all the information they desire throughout the NCAA Championships on the official Drake Athletics website, GoDrakeBulldogs.com. Look for the Championships Central page, which will feature updated information throughout the meet.
