Jenna Dover joined the Tennessee program in the summer of 2011 as the Director of Operations. She came to UT after a four-year playing career at UNC Asheville.
Dover is responsible for coordinating all aspects of team travel, organizing the practice schedule, assisting in film breakdown and overseeing UT volleyball camps. She also serves in an administrative roll by being the liaison to various offices within the athletic department, supervising equipment purchasing and is involved in alumni outreach.
In her first season at Rocky Top, Tennessee notched the programs first outright Southeastern Conference Championship after posting a 19-1 mark against the league.
A right-side hitter for UNC Asheville from 2007-10, Dover was a member of the Big South Championship team in 2009, while being named the team captain as a senior. During her career, the Bulldogs averaged 18.5 wins a years, had three winning seasons and the squad went 24-8 in conference play her last two years.
Dover was quite active on her undergraduate campus serving as president of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and member of the Bulldog Athletic Association, Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society, and Bulldog Athletic Association. Academically, she was named to the Dean's list and Big South Conference Presidential Honor Roll. In May 2011, Dover earned her Bachelor of Science in Management graduating with a Distinction in Management and a Distinction as an Undergraduate Research Scholar.
A Knoxville native, Dover worked at Biltmore Volleyball Academy in Asheville, N.C., for three seasons as the head coach for the Under-17 team, and played for Smokey Mountain Juniors in 2007.
