PATRICK ON NOBLE

"Chelsea was able to gain a lot of experience playing in the back row for us last year. She even received some time at the setting position when we went to a 6-2 offense toward the end of the season, which has helped her development significantly. In my time here, we've never been able to afford to give our setter a year to learn the setting position before having to take over the team, like we do with Chelsea. Her quickness and athleticism give her the ability to get to balls and run our offense from anywhere on the court. It also makes her one of the premier defensive players on our team."
