  • Ranked 11th in points and 12th in kills nationally
  • Named an American Volleyball Coaches Association Second Team All-American and named to the Volleyball Magazine All-America Second Team
  • Was an All-SEC First Team and AVCA All-South Region selection
  • Played in all 124 sets and started every match
  • Tallied 20 or more kills on 12 occasions and hit .300 or better in eight SEC contests

  • Named to the 2011 SEC Academic Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010)

  • Led the team in digs with 367 (3.60 digs/game)

  • Had a Lady Vol season high 4 aces against South Carolina

PRIOR TO TENNESSEE

  • Also earned All-American status from the publication and second-team high school All-American honors from Volleyball Magazine
  • Was a three-year starter and two-year captain for perennial Illinois state power St. Francis High School
  • Helped the school achieve over 100 wins while playing for Hall of Fame coach Peg Kopac
  • Finished as the school's all-time leader in kills with 1,122
  • Also lettered in basketball during her freshman year
  • Was tabbed the Chicago Christian Conference Player of the Year following her senior campaign in which she lead her high school to the Sweet 16 of the state tournament
  • Also earned player of the year accolades from the Wheaton Leader News, as well as all-area honors from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times and all-state laurels from the Champaign News Gazette
  • Led St. Francis to the quarterfinals of the state tournament as a junior and a runner-up finish as a sophomore, garnering all-state and player of the year accolades from multiple publications those years as well
  • Was a four-time academic all-conference honoree during her time at St. Francis, maintaining a weighted GPA of 4.27
  • Took part in the 2009 Homecoming Court and was a four-year member of the Spanish National Honor Society
  • Participated in numerous volunteer activities, including Feed My Starving Children, homeless outreach, assisting at grade school camps, working junior high volleyball tournaments and helping at the St. Isidore Parish Thanksgiving Food Drive
  • Also helped sponsor two major events raising awareness for the environment (Go Green, Live Green) and breast cancer (Volley for a Cure)...Played club volleyball with Sports Performance Volleyball
  • Was the co-captain of the 18-Elite Team in 2010, leading the squad to the 18-Open AAU national championship where she claimed tournament MVP honors
  • Team also won tournaments at the President's Day Challenge in Chicago and The Showcase in Wisconsin en route to a final record of 65-7.

  • Plans to major in broadcast journalism with a minor in Spanish
