How do I renew my tickets?
To renew season tickets go to www.utsports.com or send in your Season Ticket Renewal application by April 30. If you renew online you will get a CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT and save on processing fees.
I am ordering for the first time. Will I be able to choose my seat location?
You may request a seat location, but all season tickets will be allocated according to the Tennessee Fund Priority Donor level. Your seats will be based on availability and your current Tennessee Fund Priority level. The UT Ticket Office will not know what seat locations are available until ALL renewals are in and changes/adjustments are made.
How can I pay for my tickets?
UT Ticket Office accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Check and Cash. No second party payment is allowed. You may also pay by E-Check (automated deduction from bank account) when you renew online. Cash will be accepted at the Ticket Office Counter with valid ticket holder identification.
What happens if I choose not to renew my season tickets?
Account Priority, which is earned through consecutive years of ticket purchases, will be forfeited. The seat(s) you do not renew will be offered to other UT fans for purchase and you will lose renewal rights for these seats in future seasons. If you decide to purchase season tickets in the future, you will be given the best seats available, according to your donor priority at that time.
How do I request a seat change?
If you would like to request a change in your seat location, please contact the office to which you donate and/or make note of this on your season ticket renewal form. Seat changes will be prioritized and filled according to seat availability and your request. For more information, please visit the Tennessee Fund website at www.utsports.com and go to the Tennessee Fund link.
How do I improve my seat location?
Please indicate any request for location improvements on your season ticket renewal form. All requests must go through the Tennessee Fund/Alumni offices.
How do I request a name change on my season ticket account?
A season ticket account name cannot be changed by the ticket office without prior approval from the Tennessee Fund/Alumni offices. Please contact the Tennessee Fund/Alumni Office to whom you donate for further instructions.
When will I know my seat location?
Seat locations should be finalized by early July.
When do individual home football game tickets become available?
No official date has been set. Generally, individual home game tickets go on sale in late July or early August. Please check www.utsports.com for an official announcement.
When will I receive my tickets?
Season tickets will be shipped via UPS in early-August. This date may very depending on the printing schedule of the tickets. You will be notified by email when tickets are shipped or are ready for pick up at will call.
Can I purchase away game tickets?
UT receives an allotment of away game tickets which are distributed according to Tennessee Fund/Alumni Priority donor levels. The UT Ticket Office does not sell away game tickets to the general public.
Do I need a ticket for a child?
Regardless of age, EVERYONE must have a ticket.
My seats are in the upper deck. Is there an elevator I can use?
Yes, elevators are available for use by those with valid elevator passes. To obtain an elevator pass, please contact the Event Management Office at 865-974-1205 prior to game day.
