In the summer of 2011, IMG College Ticket Solutions joined Tennessee to assist with its efforts to sell tickets for football, men's basketball, women's basketball and baseball with a goal of reaching out to the enormous Tennessee fan base by helping to provide a more personal customer service to a wider range of season, mini-plan, and group buyers.
Housed on campus in the Brenda Lawson Athletic Center, a General Manager and a group of eight Account Executives work in conjunction with the Tennessee Fund office to raise donation dollars and increase ticket sales. Through its customer service relationship building, to date IMG has generated more than $2.1 million dollars in season, mini-plan, and group ticket sales revenue, which includes over 2,800 new football season tickets, 1200 basketball, and 650 Lady Vol season tickets. Additionally, IMG has raised more than $350,000 in TN Fund Donations.

In June of 2011, AJ was brought on as the General Manager of the University of Tennessee IMG College Ticket Solutions property to hire, train, and oversee a staff of eight full-time account executives. Through best customer service sales practices, his team has generated more than $1 million dollars in new season, mini-plan, and group sales in its first eight weeks.
Prior to joining IMG College, AJ worked at the University of Central Florida Athletic Department. He began as an Account Executive in July of 2007 and was an instrumental member of the sales team that increased attendance figures by more than 39% for Football and 80% for Men’s Basketball, both increases of which ranked top 5 nationally. AJ was promoted to Sales Manager in January of 2009 and later that year elevated to the Director of Ticket Sales position.
In 2010, AJ shifted his focus to Premium Sales and Luxury Suites where he increased Club (56%), Loge (700%), and Suite (75%) sales respectively. Prior to working at UCF, AJ served as the Ticket Manager and Facilities Coordinator at UNC Asheville where he increased tickets sales revenue in one year by more than 75%.
Originally from Rochester New York, AJ attended the University of Kentucky where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Education in 2004. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, AJ enrolled in the Sports Management Master's program at the University of Florida where he interned with the UF Athletic Association's Marketing & Promotions and Facilities & Operations Departments. Additionally, AJ served as an intern for Gator Boosters Inc. until his graduation in May of 2006. An Eagle Scout recipient, AJ is actively involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters, Knox Area Rescue Ministries, as well as other community organizations. An avid Handball Player, AJ founded and coached both the University of Kentucky and University of Florida Handball programs, both of which have gone on to win four of the last six Collegiate National Handball Championships.

Ashley Fincher began working with IMG College Ticket Solutions in June of 2011 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brevard College in Business and Organizational Leadership and her Masters of Science from the University of Tennessee in Sport Management. Prior to working for IMG, Ashley was Marketing Assistant in the Athletic Department at Tennessee.

Win Joyner is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in Communication Science. Before coming on board with IMG College, Win served as a manager of the Wake Forest men’s basketball team where he was a part of two NCAA Tournament teams and a #1 national ranking. He served as an intern on multiple occasions for ISP Sports and IMG College during his college career at Wake Forest. Win hails from Ahoskie, North Carolina and is an alumnus of Ridgecroft School.

Donnell began working with IMG College Ticket Solutions in June of 2011 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, Donnell was an account executive at the University of Central Florida and interned with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Rays in Ticket Operations. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, he graduated from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA while majoring in Sport Management.

Tyler Reichwein began working with IMG College Ticket Solutions in June of 2011 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, Tyler was an account executive at the University of Central Florida. A native of Tavares, Florida, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Webber International University in Babson Park, FL while majoring in Sport Management in May of 2010.

Tim Volk started with IMG College Ticket Solutions in June of 2011 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, Tim worked in the group sales department of the Tennessee Smokies, Double A Affiliate of the Chicago Cubs and also as a Consumer Sales Advisor with TDS. A native of Cincinnati, OH, he graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2008 while majoring in Sport Management and interning with the Men’s Athletic Marketing Department.

Michael Watson joined IMG College Ticket Solutions at the University of Tennessee in June of 2011. A native of Hickory, NC, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina. Prior to working with IMG College, Michael has worked in direct sales and event management in a variety of roles.

Steve Winfree began working with IMG College Ticket Solutions in June of 2011 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, Steve worked as an account representative for the Tennessee Smokies and the Orlando Magic and interned for the University of Tennessee Athletics Marketing department as well as Disney’s Wide World of Sports. A native of Oak Ridge, TN, he graduated with his Masters of Sport Management from Middle Tennessee State University and obtained his undergraduate degree in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee.

Mitch, an intern with the University of Tennessee IMG ticket sales team, focuses his work with group ticket sales as well as gaining knowledge about sales concepts and strategies. Mitch is currently a senior at Tennessee majoring in Sports Management, and plans to graduate in May of 2012. While at the University of Tennessee Mitch has gained valuable experience and skills through the Sport Management Program as well as being a member of the Partners in Sports Organization. Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, Mitch is a proud and valued member of the IMG College Sales Staff.

As an intern, Lucas focuses on group ticket sales while learning sales concepts and strategies in the IMG College Ticket Solutions structure. Previously, Lucas has worked as a Sales Representative for University Directories where he presented strategic plans for additional revenue growth for local business leaders in the UT-Knoxville market. Originally from Dobson, North Carolina, Lucas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration as well as his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2011. While attending the University of Tennessee, Lucas gained valuable experience in marketing and public outreach roles with professional organizations.

Nathan assists as an intern for IMG Ticket Solutions at the University of Tennessee principally concentrating on group ticket sales while learning sales concepts and strategies. A senior in the Sport Management major, Nathan has plans to graduate in May of 2012. Previously, he has worked for the university in the RecSports Department and is also a member of the Partners in Sports organization. Originally from Nashville Tennessee, Nathan has intention of furthering his education by obtaining a Masters of Business Administration after graduation.
