MISSION: Through best sales practices and first-class customer service, IMGL aims to cultivate personal relationships and provide the Tennessee fans with the ultimate Big Orange Experience.
In the summer of 2011, IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions joined Tennessee to assist with its efforts to sell tickets for football, men's basketball, women's basketball and baseball with a goal of reaching out to the enormous Tennessee fan base by helping to provide a more personal customer service to a wider range of season, mini-plan, and group buyers.
Housed on campus in the Brenda Lawson Athletic Center, a General Manager and a group of seven Account Executives work in conjunction with the Tennessee Fund office to raise donation dollars and increase ticket sales. Through its customer service relationship building, to date IMG Learfield has generated more than $5.5 million dollars in season, mini-plan, and group ticket sales revenue, which includes over 9,000 football season tickets, 2,500 basketball, and 1,200 Lady Vol season tickets. Additionally, IMG Learfield has raised more than $1,200,000 in TN Fund Donations for the athletic department.

Tyler Reichwein was named the general manager at the University of Tennessee of IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in May of 2013.
Previously, Tyler was the general manager at Georgia State University in Atlanta. While at Georgia State, Tyler and his team helped the athletic department reach unprecedented levels of revenue success in both Basketball and Football. During his tenure, men’s basketball increased its season ticket base by over 50%, new season ticket sales by 405%, and group sales by 140%. Football was also a major focus as the sales team increased new season ticket sales by almost 90% and group sales by over 80% after arriving only four month before the season.
Prior to Georgia State, Tyler was a senior account executive with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions at the University of Tennessee. At Tennessee, he generated more than $550,000 in new ticket sales revenue. He was recognized as the nation’s top overall salesperson for IMG Learfield in 2011.
Prior to joining IMG Learfield’s UT team, Tyler was the top-selling account executive at the University of Central Florida where he sold over $500,000 in total ticket sales revenue in 2010.
Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude from Webber International University where he also lettered in Baseball. He and his wife Amanda are expecting their first child in August of this year.

Donnell began working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in June of 2011 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, Donnell was an account executive at the University of Central Florida and interned with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Rays in Ticket Operations. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, he graduated from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA while majoring in Sport Management.

Tim Volk started with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in June of 2011 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, Tim worked in the group sales department of the Tennessee Smokies, Double A Affiliate of the Chicago Cubs and also as a Consumer Sales Advisor with TDS. A native of Cincinnati, OH, he graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2008 while majoring in Sport Management and interning with the Men’s Athletic Marketing Department.

Seth Bryan began working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in July of 2012 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, Seth worked as a regional manager for the Alabama Sports Festival, an event coordinator for Octagon and interned for the University of Alabama Athletics Sports Marketing department as well as Intersport. A native of Union Grove, AL, he graduated with his Masters of Sport Management from The University of Alabama and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science from Birmingham Southern College. He was also a four year member of the Birmingham Southern College Men's NCAA Division I golf team.

John Mark Freeze started with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in January of 2013 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to working with IMG, John Mark was a member of the game night entertainment staff for the New Orleans Hornets and also served as the General Manager at Shanghai Resort on Norris Lake. A native of Laurens, SC, he graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2010, while majoring in Sport Management and serving as a manager for the men’s basketball team.

Rich Meharey started working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in April 2013 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining IMG Learfield, Rich was an Inside Sales Representative with the Pittsburgh Pirates. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, he graduated from Penn State University in May 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in information systems management, while serving as an intern for Penn State Sports Properties.

Taylor serves as an intern for IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions at the University of Tennessee. Taylor is originally from Oklahoma and is in her second year of graduate school at the University of Tennessee, focusing on Sport Management. She is a member of the Partners in Sports board as well as serving on the Graduate Student Advisory Board. Taylor enjoys volunteering at numerous Partners in Sports events.

Ben assists as a student intern for IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions at the University of Tennessee. Originally from Camden, TN, he is now a senior at Tennessee majoring in Recreation and Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. He is a member of the Partners in Sports organization and has previously interned with the UT Athletics Marketing Department. Ben has also been involved with the UT Club Tennis team and also enjoys playing basketball.
