In the summer of 2011, IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions joined Tennessee to assist with its efforts to sell tickets for football, men's basketball, women's basketball and baseball with a goal of reaching out to the enormous Tennessee fan base by helping to provide a more personal customer service to a wider range of season, mini-plan, and group buyers.
Housed on campus in the Brenda Lawson Athletic Center, a General Manager and a group of seven Account Executives work in conjunction with the Tennessee Fund office to raise donation dollars and increase ticket sales. Through its customer service relationship building, to date IMG Learfield has generated more than $7.7 million in season, mini-plan, and group ticket sales revenue, which includes over 13,000 football season tickets, 3,200 basketball season tickets, and 1,700 Lady Vol season tickets. Additionally, IMG Learfield has raised more than $1.5 million in TN Fund Donations for the athletic department.

Tyler Reichwein was named the general manager at the University of Tennessee of IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in May of 2013.
Previously, Tyler was the general manager at Georgia State University in Atlanta. While at Georgia State, Tyler and his team helped the athletic department reach unprecedented levels of revenue success in both Basketball and Football. During his tenure, menís basketball increased its season ticket base by over 50%, new season ticket sales by 405%, and group sales by 140%. Football was also a major focus as the sales team increased new season ticket sales by almost 90% and group sales by over 80% after arriving only four month before the season.
Prior to Georgia State, Tyler was a senior account executive with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions at the University of Tennessee. At Tennessee, he generated more than $550,000 in new ticket sales revenue. He was recognized as the nationís top overall salesperson for IMG Learfield in 2011.
Prior to joining IMG Learfieldís UT team, Tyler was the top-selling account executive at the University of Central Florida where he sold over $500,000 in total ticket sales revenue in 2010.
Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude from Webber International University where he also lettered in Baseball. He and his wife Amanda had their first child, Mabry Grace Reichwein, in August of 2013.
Sammy Swiger started working for IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in February 2014 as a Property Assistant at the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining IMG Learfield, Sammy was a Cross Marketing Associate for Goldís Gym Mt. Dora. A native to the Central Florida area, Sammy graduated from the University of Central Florida in August 2013 with a Bachelorís Degree in Marketing.
Amanda Shugarts started working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in March 2013 as an Account Executive for the University of Richmond. In January 2014 Amanda was given the opportunity to join the Tennessee team as an Account Executive. A native of Alabama, she graduated in July 2013 with a bachelorís degree in Sport and Fitness Management from Troy University, while serving as an intern with IMG Learfield.
Sarah began working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in March 2014 as an account executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the IMG team, Sarah worked with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Guest and Member Relations. A native of East Lansing, Michigan, she graduated from the University of Michigan in 2012 while majoring in statistics and psychology.
Zach Wheat started working for IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in January of 2015 as an Account Executive for The University of Tennessee. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, he graduated from The University of Tennessee in December 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Dan Ampthor started working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in January of 2015 as an Account Executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining IMG Learfield, Dan worked for the Harrisburg Senators Baseball Club as a Sales Assistant. A native of Toledo, Ohio, Dan graduated from the University of Cincinnati in May of 2014 with a bachelorís degree in Sport Administration and a minor in Business, while serving as a Marketing Assistant for the UC Marketing Department.
Colby Eason started working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in March of 2015 as an Account Executive at the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining IMG Learfield, Colby worked for the Phoenix Suns as a Sales Consultant. A native to Oregon, Colby graduated from the University of Oregon in June of 2014 with a bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Sport Business.
