must have a ticket to attend a University of Tennessee event.

Football Gameday Hours: 

  • Tickets Office is located at Gate 21. Gameday hours: 4 hours prior to kick until halftime 

Basketball Gameday Hours: 

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-Halftime of Game 
  • Weekends: 3 hours prior to tipoff-Halftime of Game 
STADIUM POLICIES

Prohibited items include the following:

  • alcoholic beverages, cans, bottles or coolers
  • radios without headphones
  • open umbrellas
  • video cameras
  • stadium seats with arms
  • large bags or parcels, including backpacks and large purses
  • weapons of any kind, including pocket knives

Fans are allowed to bring the following items inside the stadium:

  • cushions and seats without arms
  • diaper bags that accompany infants
  • small cameras, pagers, cell phones and binoculars
