Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter any University of Tennessee ticketed athletic event. There are no refunds or exchanges. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call.
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets will be scanned each time a patron enters the arena. Once a ticket has been scanned upon entry, it cannot be reused by another guest. Customers assume all risks for tickets purchased through a source other than the University of Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office.
Priority season tickets are available through donations to the Tennessee Fund, which allows fans to reserve the opportunity to purchase seats in the same location, year after year. Donor category, rank and availability determine assignments. Improvement can be requested each year. For more information on becoming a priority season-ticket holder, please visit the Tennessee Fund homepage or call the Tennessee Fund at (865) 974-1218.
Each year, a limited number of non-priority tickets are available for purchase with a $250 donation per pair of tickets (does not include price of tickets). For more information, please call the Tennessee Fund at (865) 974-1218.Additional Season Ticket Requests
If season tickets are still available for purchase after the renewal period, requests from existing season ticket holders will be filled before new orders from the general public. Call the Tennessee Fund office at 865-974-1218 for additional information.
