The Vol Rep Program is successful due to the generosity of our volunteers who donate their time and resources year-round to advance the vision of Tennessee Athletics. Vol Reps are asked to attend bi-annual meetings in November and February to receive information and program updates from administration and staff. Vol Reps are also invited to attend the Vol Rep Awards Ceremony in the Spring and the Vol Rep Program Training Camp in August.

- July 1: Lady Vol Basketball parking applications begin mailing out
- July 29: Season ticket renewal deadline for 2011-2012 Vols Basketball
- July 30: Lady Vol Basketball parking application deadline
- Late July (date TBD): Football season tickets and parking passes begin mailing out
- August (date TBD): Vol Rep Training Camp
- August 1: Men's Basketball parking applications begin mailing out
- August 26: Men's Basketball parking application deadline
