Rebecca Hobbs-Clowers joined the Tennessee Fund in January 2003. Prior to 2003 she was Administrative Assistant in the Art Department for UT. Her role in the Tennessee Fund office deals primarily with gift processing.

Rebecca attended Pellissippi State and the University of Tennessee and she has more than 35 years of experience in office work. She graduated from Bearden High School in 1968 with top honors in buisness, trained as a histological technician at the University of Tennessee Hospital and spent 10 years working as secretary-bookkeeper in the Knox County School System.

Rebecca has two children; Scott Clowers (31) who is married to Tara Reece. Scott is an electrician and Tara is a nurse. her daughter Amy Clowers Rickels (28) is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and is employed with EdFinancial Services in compliance. She is married to Ryan Rickels who is currenlty a student at UT majoring in bilogical sciences.
