Megan Kain joined the Tennessee Fund office in April 2005 and currently serves as Director of Annual Giving. In her role, she is responsible for working with the annual fund and all daily operations of the annual fund.

Prior to coming to Tennessee, Kain served in positions at Florida State, the Naval Academy, the America East Conference, the Walt Disney World College Program, Comcast-Spectacor and the University of Delaware. Kain received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 2000 and Master's from the University of Tennessee in 2004. Kain is a native of Morristown, Pennsylvania.

She and her husband Chip reside in Knoxville.
