Lucas Moss joined the Tennessee Fund staff in August 2011 and currently serves as Assistant Director for Development. His primary responsibility is to plan and oversee the Volunteer Representative Program, including Vol Rep meetings and events throughout the year, the annual Rep fundraising competition, and the development of the Vol Rep website. He also serves as the point of contact for all 300 Vol Reps.

Prior to Tennessee, Lucas served as Assistant Director of Development for the Panther Club at the University of Pittsburgh, where he assisted in coordinating the annual fund and oversaw the courtesy car program. Before Pitt, Lucas was a Development Assistant with the Tennessee Fund for two years. Originally from Columbia, TN, Lucas earned his bachelors degrees from Tennessee Tech University in 2008 and graduated with a Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee in 2010. He and his wife Jenny reside in Knoxville.
