TENNESSEE FUND PARKING REQUIRMENTS

2009 Football Parking Map

The number of parking spaces available is greatly exceeded by the number of Tennessee Fund donors who are eligible to purchase parking. Because of this, the Tennessee Fund will not be able to provide parking for donors who miss published deadlines for any reason. In addition, the Tennessee Fund cannot guarantee retention of any parking location, although every consideration will be given to help fill each donor's request.

Other Parking Guidelines

  1. Tennessee Fund gifts must be received by March 1 each year to enable a donor to receive a parking application.
  2. The parking application must be returned by the stated deadline, along with payment in full, to receive a parking pass.
  3. Handicapped parking is extremely limited. Requests for handicapped parking must be accompanied by a state handicapped placard each year. The handicapped individual must be in the vehicle to park in the assigned lot. The handicapped individual's name will be on the parking pass and identification will be requested by the officer in the lot. There is no charge for handicapped parking.
  4. Please advise the Tennessee Fund office at the time you order your pass if you plan to use a high-top van as some of the University's garages will not accommodate this type of vehicle.
  5. Parking areas cannot be guaranteed, and the parking assignment guidelines will be strictly adhered to.
Questions & Answers Regarding Tennessee Fund Parking

Q: How can I get a parking pass?
A: Parking is assigned to Tennessee Fund donors and is done so based on their rank, unless they are a Bronze Victor category or higher. The other 1,700 were located at the Agriculture campus, or other lots downtown

Q: What is the minimum contribution level necessary to purchase priority football parking?
A: Ridgerunner level ($250 -$499).

Q: Can I request more than one space?
A: Donors at the Nathan Dougherty prior to July 1, 2002 and Gold Victor donors levels are eligible to pur chase three parking passes. All Nathan Dougherty donors after July 1, 2002 and Silver Victor donors are eligible to purchase two parking passes. Bronze Victor donors who are ranked 1 -1000 can order two passes if they wish to park in lot G12 or the Lake Avenue Garage.

Q: Why didn't I get a parking application this year?
A: If an individual makes their annual gift, but misses the March 1 deadline, they become ineligible for both parking and away game benefits.
