Erica Wilson joined the Tennessee Fund office in December of 2010 and currently serves as the Assistant Director for Development. In this role, her responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, and stewarding major gift prospects for capital projects and premium seat participation.
Prior to Tennessee, Wilson was the Assistant Director of the Pirate Club at East Carolina University. She participated in the overall fund-raising strategies and managed 17 regional chapters of the Pirate Club. While on the road, Wilson met with donors to establish relationships and help build the annual fund. Before ECU, Wilson was the Director of Membership and Convention Services for the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators (NACWAA) in Wilmington, NC (now located in Kansas City). She was responsible for the recruitment of members and managing the annual convention.
A native of Toledo, OH, Wilson was four-year letterman and two time co-captain on the East Carolina University volleyball team. She graduated Cum Laude from ECU in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later in 2008 with a MBA and a concentration in Sports Management.
