ANNUAL LETTERMEN'S GOLF TOURNAMENT APRIL 7, 2006 WILLOW CREEK GOLF CLUB (SAME PLACE AS LAST YEAR) TWO-MAN SWAT - HANDICAPPED GROSS AND NET WINNERS TO BE AWARDED Pick your own partner (must be a letterman) for the two-man swat format. If you do not choose a partner, one will be assigned to you on the day of the tournament. You and your partner must turn in a handicap. We will award winner in both Gross and Net categories. The winners will get to hold the trophies until next year's tournament. Check-in will begin at 11 a.m. Lunch is catered by Chik-Fil-A and begins at 11:30 a.m. A shotgun start is at 1 p.m. Willow Creek will have hot dogs, hamburgers and adult beverages available for sale after the event while the official scorer tallies the scorecards. The success of this event is entirely based on YOUR participation. Start forming your team now and make plans to participate. The cost is $55 per person. Lettermen who wish to sponsor a hold in the amount of $100 may play in the tournament without an additional fee. Please complete the following form and return it along with your check.
