Here's an initial look at the Top 25 most followed official twitter accounts for 14 different college sport teams. This list only includes "team" accounts and does not include coach accounts.
For sports such as tennis and track & field, combined sport accounts are included. For swimming & diving as well as track & field, individual men's and women's team accounts are included in the rankings.
This list includes all FBS programs and selected non-FBS programs for sports where accounts are ranked in the Top 25. Should you know of an official team account that should be added or corrected, please email jyellin@utk.edu. Note the sports included are ones that are sponsored at the University of Tennessee.
