TOKYO – Three current and seven former Tennessee track & field standouts will take the world stage this week at the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, Japan. The meet runs Saturday, Sept. 13 through Sunday, Sept. 21 at the Japan National Stadium.

Ross Hires Hadrien Choukroun As Assistant Coach For Sprints, Hurdles & Jumps

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee head coach and director of track & field Duane Ross has announced the hiring of Hadrien Choukroun as an assistant coach to round out UT's staff for the 2025-26 campaign. Choukroun is tasked to assist Ross with sprinters and hurdlers while spearheading coaching efforts in the horizontal jumps.
