Head baseball coach Rod Delmonico announced that former Seattle Mariner second baseman Harold Reynolds will be the guest speaker at the 11th annual Tennessee Leadoff Banquet. The event, held at the Knoxville Marriott, is set for Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2003 at 7 p.m. ET.
Reynolds, a studio analyst for ESPN's Baseball Tonight since 1996, has also handled commentator duties for the networks' coverage of the NCAA College World Series and Little League World Series.
The switch-hitting second baseman was a three-time Gold Glove Award winner during his 10 years in Seattle. Reynolds closed out his career in 1994 after one-year stints with Baltimore and California, respectively.
